Cristinel Tilvar’s vision was to create a Civil Engineering and Utilities company that provided the perfect package to his clients. As a perfectionist he wanted to give his customers the best service they can get. 15 Years on, due to his hard working ethos, customer care and attention to detail, his vision has become a reality and TG RAM Ltd is now a well-recognised company within the Utility, Civils and Haulage industry.

With a reputation for quality, can do attitude, experienced staff, and above all, customer satisfaction, he is a hands on Managing Director who is committed to maintaining TG RAM Ltd’s company ethos and his close knit team culture while also ensuring that TG RAM Ltd always moves on with the times to deliver, with a high level of attention to detail, a professional and second to none service to our clients.

Brendan is a highly qualified Civil Engineer with a number of qualifications including BA Honours in Business Law. He has over 40 years of experience in civil engineering, house building, utilities and the highways industry, working for major companies like Wimpey Homes, FM Conway, TE Beach, and Ringway.

Brendan manages and delivers highway works projects for our high profile clients and local authority organisations.

He has a passion for delivering excellent service, developing people and building teams through training and mentoring, He is also responsible for the performance of all TG RAM Ltd in house construction and utility teams not involved in local authority or highway schemes. He ensures that all projects meet or exceed our customers’ expectations and our high standards of Health and Safety are always implemented. Whether adding value or problem solving, Brendan and his team have continued to maintain and improve upon our construction delivery services which, as testament to his dedication, is at 90% repeat business rate.

Ionelia is a very experienced accountant, working in this field for more than 6 years and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economic Sciences and Master’s Degree in Marketing and Business Communication. She has been with us since 2012.

Ionelia is an excellent Financial Controller and Accountant who displays exceptionally tested skills in complex situations under immense pressure and was instrumental in developing, implementing and managing a system of Strict Financial and Operational Control throughout the company.

Bogdan is a professional civil engineer with more than 10 years’ experience in structure designing and civil site engineering, and has worked with major construction companies such as Galliford Try, Railtrack and Telecom Ltd. He has supervised new builds, road and buildings projects, tunneling and pipeline networks.

Bogdan is highly skilled in structural and management programs (SAP2000, SAFE, ETABS, Primavera and MS Office), surveying, leveling, LEICA Systems and AutoCAD.
