Civil engineers
We are looking to employ 3 Civil Engineers due to expansion. As a Civil Engineer you will be advancing developments across industrial, commercial, residential and leisure based sectors. You will also provide outlines and detailed designs of roads, drainage and earthworks schemes, preparation of contract documentation and drawings and support to site based implementation teams.
Key requirements:
* A Civil Engineering qualification
* At least 2 years’ experience in a UK based Consulting Engineering company
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to provide detailed designs of roads, drainage and earthworks schemes
Experience in the following is essential:
* Design software – MX, PDS, LSS, Civils 3D
* AutoCAD
* Micro drainage

Quantity Surveyors
We are seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to join a well-established company. The successful candidates will be responsible for multiple building , construction and construction refurbishment, fit-out projects and managing teams.
Key requirements:
* Significant experience of construction projects, experience in Utilities sector also an advantage
* Experience in managing stand-alone projects
* The ability to manage and prioritise workloads and work within pressurised environments
* Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to interact at all levels
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Relevant Quantity Surveying / construction specific qualifications
* A driving licence / flexibility to travel for site visits as and when required
* Experience in Measuring
* Experience in Subcontractor appointments
* Proven record in invoicing and final accounts
* You must be qualified in Quantity Surveying preferably to degree and/or further education level with minimum 5 years’ experience. You will possess Quantity Surveying expertise within the Construction & Building sector.
* You will also possess the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects from a QS perspective, within a fast paced Construction & Contractor environment. Flexibility to travel to UK sites/projects is required.

Workshop / Depot Foreman
The Workshop / Depot Foreman role is one of the busiest and most important roles within the business to ensure the smooth running of the workshop and depot. The role holder will liaise daily with the Operations Manager, and be on hand to repair and maintain our vehicles ranging from passenger cars to 32T LGV lorries. You will be responsible for coaching and developing the team, quality checking, ordering of parts, audits and compliance as well as health and safety checks. You will ideally be an experienced HGV Fitter with a stable work history, and some supervisory experience. You will have an enviable and proven track record of performance with excellent organisational and communication skills. You will also have the ability to diagnose faults in cars, vans and LGVs.
We are looking for individuals who possess the following competencies:
* Good literacy & numeracy skills
* Coping with pressure and set-backs

* Applying expertise and technology
* A full, valid UK LGV1 driving licence

Sales Manager
We are looking to employ an experienced Haulage Sales Manager with a proven sales experience within the Waste/Construction industry to assist in moving our business forward.
The successful candidate will have experience of the movement of waste, recycling, muck away, demolition waste and Utilities section and to develop the business by providing long term contract services. You must have excellent communication skills, Ability to work under pressure to set deadlines and prioritise tasks with a confident and flexible attitude. Must have a Driving licence and PC literate.

We currently have vacancies for experienced grab drivers to carry out work in and around London and the Home Counties delivering aggregates, removing inert spoil and transporting it to our recycling centre or to landfill.
State of the art lorries and very good rates of pay and conditions.
You must have class 2 LGV with CPCS/CSCS Grab ticket, experience in Muck away and utility work. References essential.
